We’re excited to share that Coral Innovations was selected to present at the 2025 Galant Challenge, hosted by the Galant Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

This prestigious event brings together high-impact ventures, investors, and thought leaders to spotlight startups that are addressing the world’s most critical challenges through innovation and entrepreneurship. Our Co-Founder and CTO, Dr. Vikas Nandwana, took the stage to present Coral Innovations’ mission and progress toward solving one of the planet’s most urgent problems: access to clean and safe water.

Dr. Nandwana’s pitch focused on our nanotechnology-enabled solutions that enable field-deployable, scalable, and cost-effective water remediation systems—targeting contaminants such as oil, phosphates, and heavy metals. With a strong emphasis on circular economy and resource recovery, Coral is building technologies that don’t just clean water but also reclaim value from waste streams.

The event offered invaluable exposure, thoughtful feedback, and new strategic connections that will accelerate our path to commercialization. We’re grateful to the Galant Center, the investor panel, and UVA’s innovation ecosystem for creating a platform that fosters bold ideas and real-world impact.
